Subject to the conditions and limitations outlined below, HEART TECH will, at their option, either repair or replace any part of their products that prove defective by reasons of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by HEART TECH on an exchange basis and will either provide a new or replacement product within the applicable warranty period.
Limitation of Warranty
The limited warranty does not cover any damage to any product resulting from:
· Improper installation, accidents, negligence, or human error.
· Abuse, misuse, any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification.
· Unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure of fluctuation of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, or acts of God.
· Carrying an incorrect, damaged, or unclear product serial number.
· Purchased from an unauthorized seller/ retailer/ unauthorized channels.
· Not following instruction given by user's manual.
· Damaged during transportation or abnormal environment conditions.
· Product has been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technician.
